Our hotel is now under new ownership and management - seasoned hoteliers who are committed to the simple belief that value for money spent is the foundation upon which every hotel should be built - we are now very proud to be part of the Metropolitan Hotel Group, a collection of fine hotels and boutique resorts.
The New Lauderdale Beachside Hotel is fortunate to be situated on one of the best beaches in Florida. It's surrounded by an entire infrastructure of service-related companies which addresses the wishes and needs of our guests - shops, boutiques, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, food market and more.
It all starts and ends, however, with the level of service and facilities of our hotel, and that's what "An Evolution in Progress" is all about - we started with our unbeatable location and the rest is a renovation program which is changing every facet of our hotel - all of our sleeping rooms, all of our public areas - lobby, restaurant, lounge, beachside/poolside tiki bar and grill - everything! The really great thing about this process is that the owners of the hotel understand that the process of improving the guest experience is a never-ending one in which as new technologies or improved products enter our industry we will make them available to our guests. This is the facilities side of our hospitality industry - the service side is equally important and we have been very steadfast in seeking only those staff members who truly recognize that the complete satisfaction of each and every guest is our ultimate goal.
Having performed complete hotel renovations in the past, our management team knows how to achieve our goals without disturbing your experience. You won't see any heavy equipment nor will you hear the ever-present disturbing sounds of power tools. We know how to respect your comfort while improving our product. Although hardly a week goes by without renovating more of our sleeping rooms please understand that not all of our facilities have been completed and whereas we would like to be able to offer everyone a newly-renovated room there may be some evenings when this is just not possible . . . . yet.
